Job Description

SunSource is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales and Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of industrial and hydraulic hose and gasket products, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities and upselling/cross-selling relevant products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source custom solutions, negotiate prices, and resolve customer issues.
  • Enter orders and product quotes into our computer system, ensuring accurate data and efficient processing.
  • Estimate delivery dates based on production schedules and inventory levels, communicating effectively with customers and vendors.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial/hydraulic hose and gasket industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
