Restoration Specialist

SERVPRO of Marshfield/Rockland is seeking a highly skilled Restoration Specialist to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in making every type of property damage like it never even happened.

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Prepare Rooms/Areas for Work Activities: Set up staging areas and equipment for each project to ensure efficient production processes.
• Communicate with Management and Other Technicians: Maintain open communication to maintain smooth operation and ensure the highest quality results.
• Perform Production Processes: Execute tasks as directed by management to meet customer expectations.
• Cleanup and Breakdown: Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance after completion.

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

• Lifting Ability: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Climbing and Working Heights: Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights, including crawl spaces and attics.
• Repetitive Motion: Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects throughout the workday.
• Cleaning Agents: Ability to work safely around cleaning agents and other chemicals.
• Background Check: Willingness to undergo a background check, subject to applicable law.
