Sathi LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to assist with risk management at our green field grinding facility in Houston. The successful candidate will be responsible for reducing workplace injuries and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local safety regulations. Key duties include performing on-site audits, investigating accidents, and developing site-specific Health and Safety policies. A Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a relevant field is preferred, along with OSHA certification or a CSP designation. Experience in management systems and continuous improvement cycles is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Health and Safety policies
  • Assist with new employee safety orientation and training
  • Audit workplaces for potential risks and compliance issues
  • Investigate and document on-site accidents or complaints
  • Assist operations in conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Develop strategies for process improvement
  • Implement injury-reduction strategies

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
