IS Analyst

Franklin Templeton is seeking a highly skilled IS Analyst to join our Consumer Support Front Office team. As an IS Analyst, you will provide technical support and customer service to our employees in the Fort Lauderdale office, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

• Provide on-site technical support and customer service for the Fort Lauderdale office, addressing technical issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with senior-level employees and administrative support teams in the office.
• Address technical issues in a timely and concise manner, providing updates as necessary.
• Coordinate and support technologies used in Conference Rooms, including Audio Visual Support for internal meetings.
• Act as an advocate for the customer within IT and with outside technical groups, escalating issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Manage ticketing queues to ensure issues are prioritized and actioned.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years full-time experience in a similar fast-paced and dynamic environment in a desktop support role.
• Highly proficient in supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, iOS, and Mobile Technologies.
• Availability to provide support outside business hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively participate as part of a team and work independently.
• Strong service delivery and customer management skills.
