Medical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at HCA MidAmerica Health. As an Interventional Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of interventional procedures, including arterial and venous interventions, contrast studies, and complicated procedures such as stenting and cerebral coilings.
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of radiology information systems and accurately complete interventional requisitions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
- Two-year program or four-year BA program in Radiology Technology followed by training in interventional procedures.
- American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) or registry eligible with completion of examination within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of start date.
- Minimum of one-year hospital department experience in arterial and venous interventional radiology.
