Night Auditor

Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a vital member of our Coury Hospitality team, responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and accurate financial transactions. This role requires a unique blend of customer service skills, mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail.

A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, is required for this position. Successful Night Auditors possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with any necessary information to enhance their stay.
• Financial Transactions: Process invoices, post checks to vendors, and distribute employee checks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile all accounts, ensuring that all EOD work has been performed by other departments.
• Wake-Up Calls and Reservations: Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
• Customer Support: Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
