Job Overview

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead our team of clinical professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality hospice care services to clients with complex medical needs.

About the Role

This senior nursing leadership position offers an annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience, plus a 10% incentive plan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical management, staff supervision, and case management. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to all clinical staff members, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with branch administrators to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
  • Investigate and address client complaints, ensuring timely resolution and improvement of services.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new clinical staff members, focusing on developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate and improve programs and services regularly, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least three years of experience as an RN in a hospice setting.
