Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,800 - $48,600, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, accident insurance, and more.

Company Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Care Site Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting volunteers, overseeing program operations, monitoring client services, cultivating external relationships, and ensuring financial assistance funds are allocated effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support volunteers, including initial onboarding and ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to serve clients.
  • Oversight of program operations, ensuring activities align with agency and funder requirements.
  • Monitor client services, including volunteer calls, appointments, and date entry to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parishes and community partners to better support the needs of the community.
  • Exercise stewardship in the allocation of financial assistance funds, tracking expenses, managing disbursements, and ensuring cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Social work or case management experience in a related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance.
  • Ability to work a web-based database.
