Job Overview
As a Field Lead Plumber, you will lead a team of Service Techs in the installation and maintenance of water filtration systems. You will be responsible for teaching efficiency in service techniques and maintenance of specialized treatment equipment, as well as techniques for teaching clients how to operate their new installations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare you and your team for the day by reviewing work orders and schedules.
• Ensure work and sales orders are completed and invoices are posted and paid prior to leaving the job sites.
• Work with the manager on unfinished orders and issues with installations in real time.
• Participate in and complete training activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a certified plumber with a strong background in water filtration systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a team of Service Techs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
