Practice Overview

MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, is proud to partner with a vibrant urology group based in Western Connecticut, which is growing and seeking two new associates.

This exceptional practice is focused on clinical excellence, exceptionally well-managed with significant volumes, and a state-of-the-art approach to patient care.

The practice is actively involved in clinical research through its affiliation with the Connecticut Clinical Research Center and is the founding practice of the Connecticut Center for Continence, which has garnered national acclaim for its singular model of education and treatment of incontinence through modern diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.

As a urologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a strong focus on patient care and clinical excellence.

The compensation package is generous, including a base salary, incentive, and comprehensive benefits, including CME, 401K, health/dental/vision, and relocation assistance.

In addition, you will receive sign-on and retention bonuses and may have the opportunity to take an equity stake in the local thriving ASC, located in the same office complex as the practice.
