Job Summary

As a Clinical Medical Social Worker at Nationwide Children's Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing developmentally appropriate, outcome-focused diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients and families. You will work as a member of the interdisciplinary team to improve or maintain social, emotional, functional, and physical health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, education, and training to staff regarding psychosocial issues that impact the delivery of optimal healthcare services.
• Participate in the development and delivery of education, research, and continuous quality improvement.
• Function as a member of the interdisciplinary team and provide Clinical Medical Social Work services to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• MSW degree required.
• LSW, LISW preferred.
• 2 years of clinical social work experience preferred.
