We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Care Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes the cognitive, emotional, and social development of our young students.

">Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our students.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with parents and caregivers.
  • Supervise and engage with students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver effective programs and events.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality care and education.
">Requirements:
  • A minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Completion of Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Patient, flexible, and passionate about working with children.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in childcare preferred.
