OR Manager Lead RN

We are seeking a talented and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at St. David's Georgetown Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Main OR and Scheduling departments, working closely with O.R. personnel, Anesthesiologists, and Surgeons.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling staffing assignments to ensure effective coverage of the department. They will also plan and direct staff activities, participate in unit operations, create and maintain a clean and safe environment, and develop a professional climate within the nursing unit/units.
Requirements- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Registered Nurse with Associate Degree or higher preferred
- Completed or actively pursuing BSN degree
- Minimum two years specialized nursing experience applicable to the unit
- Previous supervisory and surgery scheduling experience preferred
