Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Medical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Germantown, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical office setting and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a primary care setting
• Strong understanding of medical procedures and protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
• Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and handling phone calls
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
