About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness.

The successful candidate will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. As a Residential Therapist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to residents, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plans for residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct regular sessions with residents to monitor progress and address concerns
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident information
