Job Summary

NCCF is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Support: Provide direct support to residents, including assistance with daily living skills, crisis intervention, and case management.
  • Program Compliance: Monitor residents' adherence to program rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring a safe and clean living environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress, including weekly progress reports and incident reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the case management team to implement resident case plans and provide support as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular building inspections, apartment searches, and fire evacuation drills to ensure the facility is safe and ready for new residents.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: Two years of relevant residential experience
  • Skills: Exceptional teamwork orientation, good written and oral communication skills, and cross-cultural competencies
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel
