Job Summary
Haven Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Providing direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure safe and effective care delivery
• Supervising and mentoring Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in behavioral health care

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
