Taco Bell Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Taco Bell. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Leaders and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Lead and motivate a team of Shift Leaders to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and stock control
• Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
