About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Arborist to join our team in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tree work, including climbing, pruning, and removing dead or unwanted trees.

Key Responsibilities

• Trees Maintenance and Pruning: Our Arborist will maintain and prune trees to ensure they remain healthy and aesthetically pleasing for our clients.
• Diseased Tree Treatment: The successful candidate will identify and treat diseased trees, utilizing their knowledge of tree care to provide the best solutions.
• Storm Response: In response to severe weather conditions, our Arborist will assess and address storm damage, ensuring our clients' properties remain safe.
• Customer Communication: Regular communication with account managers and property owners is crucial, as our Arborist will need to understand client preferences and work closely with them to meet their needs.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: A minimum of [2-5] years of experience as a tree climber or arborist is required.
• Climbing Equipment Familiarity: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with climbing equipment, able to operate it safely and efficiently.
• Physical Fitness: Our Arborist must be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication is vital, as our Arborist will interact regularly with clients, colleagues, and management.

Compensation Package

Sun Country Landscape offers a competitive hourly rate of $32-$37, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring our employees receive comprehensive support.
