We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technologist/ Lab Scientist to join our team at Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 30 hours per week during first shift. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a vital part in the patient care process by conducting high complexity testing and delivering accurate lab results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, review, and report testing results with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards, maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or a related field (Chemical, Biological, or Physical Science) with 1 year of Medical Technology training.
  • ~1 year of laboratory experience performing high complexity testing or equivalent training.
  • Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms.
Preferred Qualifications

Applicants with 2+ years of laboratory experience performing high complexity testing within an area of specialty are highly desirable.
