Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Team Member to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a key member of our team, you'll help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that inspire a healthy lifestyle.
You'll be responsible for blending delicious smoothies, ensuring guests' purposes are met, greeting and engaging guests, and performing opening and closing duties. If you're passionate about the brand and willing to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Blend smoothies to perfection
- Evaluate guest preferences and make recommendations
- Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience
- Prepare fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
Qualifications:
- Ability to connect with guests and team members
- At least 16 years old or older
- Experience in fast-food environments preferred but not necessary
