Job Description:
Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering top-notch care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Flexible Scheduling: This 13-week assignment features a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Clinical Autonomy: As an ICU nurse, you will have the opportunity to utilize your critical thinking skills and work independently to make decisions that impact patient outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals values open communication and collaboration, ensuring comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
Technological Integration: Familiarity with Cerner and Pyxis systems is required for this role, enabling efficient charting and medication management processes.
Essential Requirements:
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (PALS and TNCC preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN) License
Dress Code: Navy, White, or Navy jacket without hood is required for this position.
