Full-Time Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Opportunities in Calvert County

BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, and we are currently seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to join our team.
Estimated Salary: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus + $75,000 - $90,000 per yearWe are looking for highly skilled Speech Language Pathologists who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As a BAYADA Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
Your primary responsibility will be to perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for your patients. You will also develop treatment plans based on your evaluation findings, physician's orders, and recommended goals.
In addition to providing direct patient care, you will be an integral member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, working closely with other clinicians to ensure seamless coordination of care. You will also have the opportunity to educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote their health, safety, and independent living.
Requirements:- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland
- Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or;
- Have the equivalent educational requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and work experience necessary for such a certificate, and be awaiting the opportunity to take the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association examination for certification, or;
- Have completed the necessary work and education requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and be in the process of accumulating the necessary supervised work experience required for certification
