Cynet Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vascular Imaging Specialist to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for performing advanced ultrasound scans and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications
Job Description:
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive vascular ultrasound exams according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Review patient files and images, identifying areas requiring further investigation or follow-up.
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain expertise in anatomy, physiology, positioning, and imaging techniques to produce high-quality images.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, adhering to infection control protocols and quality standards.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional patient education and support throughout the diagnostic process.
Requirements:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Experience in vascular ultrasound, infection control, and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
