Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative at SpeedPro, you will be the linchpin between our studio and corporate clients. You will be responsible for strengthening current relationships and building new ones, making decisions, and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification
Drive leadership development initiatives, including list-building and data-mining programs, to schedule client appointments
Participate in sales and marketing functions, such as networking events, studio tours, and meet-and-greet events
Manage and utilize our proprietary CRM system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers
Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals
Execute a strong prospecting approach, including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting

Requirements:

2-3 years of prior outside sales experience
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer
Highly motivated with a great attitude and a desire to help others via an engaging personality
Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results

Compensation:

$20, $300,000.00 per year
