Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at EED East End Dialysis Center, Inc. as a Dialysis Nurse.

• Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• 12+ months of RN experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor in Nursing.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and make sound recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy to listen and communicate with patients and teammates.

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN, Critical Care Unit (CCU) RN, Emergency Room (ER) RN, or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) RN experience.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) RN.
