**Job Summary**

Shop Vac USA, LLC, a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty vacuums, is seeking a Jr. Buyer to join its Supply Chain Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing and purchasing materials to support the manufacturing floor and other business units.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Analyze Material Requirement Plans (MRP) to procure materials on time

• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels

• Ensure accuracy of Purchase Orders (POs) pricing, dates, and quantities

• Interface with various business units to meet production needs

• Develop new suppliers in conjunction with engineering

• Expedite and escalate as required to meet dynamic production schedules

• Support multiple facilities as needed

**Requirements:**

• Strong computer skills and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience in analyzing and procuring materials to MRP plans

• Experience in commodity buying and AS 400 software platforms a plus

• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing environment
