Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Chenega TRI-SERVICES, LLC in Spokane, WA. This is a 1099/Independent Contractor position offering a competitive hourly rate.

About the Role

As a Fee Basis Provider (FBP), you will be responsible for conducting medical histories, physical examinations, and reviewing required medical tests and documents pertaining to consultations and medical histories. Your duties will include:

  • Assessing applicant medical documentation and rendering your medical opinion on an applicant's medical suitability for programs applying for
  • Reviewing and updating electronic applicant medical documentation, accessing and responding to email communications, and using internet sites as required to obtain information on medical issues or gain information from organizations involved in accessing personnel into the Armed Forces

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Hold a current unrestricted license from any one of the 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Be privileged by the USMEPCOM Command Surgeon
  • Have completed a residency or have provided direct patient care within the last three years
  • Hold a minimum of one year post-graduate training accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
  • Possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certification from the American Heart Association
  • Your medical school must be Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) accredited

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, frequent walking, standing, and sitting, and occasional climbing or balancing.

Estimated Salary/Wage

The estimated hourly rate for this position is up to USD $90.00 per hour.
