About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Sales Associate to join our team at Opendoor. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, guiding them through the home selling process, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the home selling process.
  • Manage customer relationships, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Drive customer conversion to Opendoor products, leveraging your expertise and relationship-building skills to achieve sales goals.

Key qualifications include:

  • Real estate experience and license
