Job Title: Office Associate, Bureau of Early Intervention

About the Role:

This position will provide clerical and administrative support to the Bureau of Early Intervention, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing receptionist duties, answering calls, and directing callers
  • Retrieving and accessing case record information through the EI NYEIS/HUB database
  • Preparing documents and emails using Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Providing clerical assistance to facilitate projects and assignments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year high school diploma or its equivalent
