About the JobThis is a first-shift position with regular hours from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will report directly to the QC Lab Manager and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless quality control processes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop, implement, and maintain testing procedures for raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Quality Control Team to identify and resolve issues, improving overall process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, reducing costs and enhancing quality.
The essential requirements for this role include:
- A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, preferably with relevant laboratory experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic laboratory practices, including biological processes, and GMP standards.
Prior experience in a GMP or clinical laboratory environment would be advantageous, as well as working in a biotech-related quality control laboratory.
