You're a seasoned sales professional with a knack for driving business growth. At Valuetainment, we're looking for someone who can leverage their expertise to promote our consultancy services, sell event tickets, and drive revenue. As a Sales Associate, you'll conduct thorough needs analyses, align and direct entrepreneurs and business owners on business planning, competitive strategy development, and mid-level management and leadership development through a consultative approach. You'll deploy advanced selling principles and provide timely sales advice to ensure alignment with agreed strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Empower businesses in their growth journey through personalized one-on-one sessions, small-group strategy sessions, online courses, exclusive events, and keynote speeches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions from our range of services.
  • Guide businesses in the implementation and improvement of our services, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, collaborate with the sales team to optimize revenue and client acquisition strategies, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services and offerings, effectively communicate their value to potential clients, and provide feedback and insights to the team to refine services and strategies.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions, provide feedback and insights to the team, and actively participate in team meetings to identify key areas of improvement in existing sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Deep understanding of various sales practices, including cross-selling, prospecting, and direct sales.
  • 3+ years of sales and account management experience; outbound sales is required.
  • 2+ years of event ticket sales preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to direct, strategize, unify, and empower business leaders.
  • Prior entrepreneur experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
