Outpatient Ortho Physical Therapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at i4 Search Group. As a key member of our collaborative clinical team, you will have the opportunity to treat a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions to determine their functional limitations and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to address patients' goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, other therapists, and healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.

Requirements:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Washington State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
