Parts Department Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Parts Department Manager to join our team at Wise Auto Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Parts Department to achieve outstanding performance in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing parts departments, with expertise in inventory management, staff supervision, and customer relations. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job- Manage and supervise a team of parts department employees to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Service and Sales, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in a parts department management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, staff supervision, and customer relations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A fast-paced and dynamic work environment with regular deadlines and priorities.
- Frequent interaction with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, or other hazardous materials.
