Insurance Business Development Representative

Nashville, TN-based Mike Bates - State Farm Agent is seeking a professional to build and develop customer relationships within the community. As a team member, you will promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and detail-oriented. They will also have the ability to work in a team environment and obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
The agent's agency has been one of the highest producers for State Farm repeatedly. This is a career opportunity, not just a job offer. The role involves establishing customer relationships, educating customers about insurance options, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services.
