Lead Carpenter

Murphy Bros. Design|Build|Remodel is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to oversee all aspects of carpentry work on residential remodeling projects.

This role involves hands-on carpentry work as well as guiding a team, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee carpentry work on residential remodeling projects
• Guide and instruct a team of carpenters
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
