Job Summary

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Senior will be responsible for establishing, configuring, and maintaining cloud IaaS/PaaS environments. This includes developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, establishing and configuring physical and virtual networking, and monitoring service quality and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal IaaS/PaaS performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain IaC using Terraform
  • Establish, configure, and maintain cloud IaaS/PaaS environments
  • Establish, configure, and maintain physical and virtual networking
  • Monitor service quality and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal IaaS/PaaS performance
  • Experience with Python and Bash
  • Familiarity with DNS (updating certs and creating new hosted zones)
  • Experience with RedHat IdM
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Kubernetes (networking, creation, and maintenance of containers)

Requirements

  • A master's degree in a specialized field plus a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience; or, a bachelor's degree in the specialized field plus 10 years of applicable experience; or, a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 15 years of specialized experience
