Our team is looking for an experienced product designer who can lead the overall product, design, and UX strategy for lending products. The ideal candidate is a passionate designer who is comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and rally them around elegant, innovative mobile solutions that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design high-quality interactive experiences across mobile, both iOS and Android.
* Lead projects throughout the entire design process; from creative conception to production and release.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering to help define the roadmap and execute to achieve business objectives.
* Give feedback/direction to other designers to continually push the level of quality on the team.
* Take part in defining a design system to be used across multiple products and platforms.
* Evaluate current processes, identify best practices, develop plans to reach goals and implement improvements.

Requirements:

* Significant demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design for consumer-facing products.
* High-level interaction and visual design skills, with exceptional understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color theory, and prototyping.
* A craft-obsessed designer who strives for quality and has an amazing attention to detail.
* The ability to lead design for important projects with experience delegating work and giving direction to other designers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions and the logic behind them).
* The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build').
* Experience in building and shipping applications or software (mobile/web).
* Must have a portfolio featuring examples of design work.
