We are seeking a skilled RRT to join our team at Talent4Health. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care services in various settings, including long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and correctional institutions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working 5 night shifts per week, with each shift lasting 8 hours. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide individualized care and support.

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care services to patients in various settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of employment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
