Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paint Line Worker to join our team at Standard Iron in Sauk Centre, MN.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong situational awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Paint Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in our production process by loading/unloading parts of various sizes from the line, masking and protecting areas that need protection, packaging and labeling parts securely, and conducting quality control checks to ensure parts meet our high standards.

You will also be responsible for identifying and tagging each part correctly, working efficiently on the moving line, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading/Unloading: Hanging and removing parts of various sizes from the line.
  • Masking & Protecting: Preparing parts by masking areas that need protection.
  • Packaging & Labeling: Ensuring parts are securely packaged, labeled, and protected from damage.
  • Quality Control: Properly identifying and tagging each part to meet our quality standards.

  • Situational Awareness: Strong attention to your surroundings on the moving line for safety and efficiency.
  • Reliability: Excellent time management skills and commitment to punctuality.

  • Physical Ability: Able to lift and handle materials up to 60 pounds comfortably.
