About the Opportunity: We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Court Executive Officer (CEO) for the Superior Court of California, Ventura County. This is a unique chance to lead a dedicated team of professionals in a collaborative environment committed to fairness, integrity, and excellence.

Our organization is comprised of 30 judges and 4 commissioners, supported by approximately 353 staff members. It serves the community from three locations: the Hall of Justice in Ventura, the Juvenile Court in Oxnard, and the East County Court in Simi Valley. Our mission is to serve with excellence, ensuring equal justice and high-quality services for all.

Responsibilities:
