Job Overview

GOLDSTAR REHABILITATION INC | MY TEAM ABA is seeking highly motivated and qualified speech-language pathologists to join our team in our Philadelphia preschool early intervention program.

We provide a full range of services for children ages 0-5 throughout Philadelphia and 0-3 services in Delaware, Montgomery, Chester and Bucks Counties including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and special instruction specifically designed according to each child's needs.

As a speech-language pathologist at GOLDSTAR REHABILITATION INC | MY TEAM ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of children and their families, providing evidence-based practices and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with communication disorders.
  • Provide assessments and evaluations to determine the communication needs of children.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for children.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in the field.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university.
  • Provisional license or license application recognized by ASHA and the state board.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with young children with disabilities.
