Salary and Benefits

We offer a guaranteed base salary of $250,000 per year, plus bi-annual bonuses, an excellent benefits package, including health insurance on your first day of employment, CME allowance and time for professional growth, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and holidays with minimal on-call responsibilities.

Job Description

As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with a seasoned team, and contributing to daily huddles. You will have the opportunity to see 12-15 patients per day, with longer appointments lasting 45 minutes to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications
  • Hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
  • Be board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Maintain a current, unrestricted DEA license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have two to five years of directly applicable experience
  • Showcase expertise in managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients within a value-based coordinated care environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators
