Job SummaryThis role provides receptionist/clerical support to ensure patient flow, comfort, and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include answering phones using a computerized system, directing calls appropriately, scheduling patient appointments in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, data entry of patient information and insurance verification, and providing support to staff members as assigned.
Requirements- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of previous secretarial experience in healthcare or medical offices, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
