Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent sales skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of sales application engineering, fan/pump/system design, and plant layout.
  • Manage and optimize physical plant operations, including plant layout and management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BS, BSME) or related field.
  • Experience in sales application engineering, fan/pump/system design, and sizing.
  • Expertise in plant layout, physical plant management, and facilities operations.
  • Proficiency in solid/3D modeling software, Inventor, Solidworks, and 2D drafting.
  • Background in sheet-metal fabrication, welding, and construction equipment operation.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in operations management, P&L responsibility, and contract management.
  • Certifications such as FE/EIT, PE, PMP, or experience in construction management.
