About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Blanchard Machinery Company. As a key member of our retail service department, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner. This will involve providing consistent, accurate, and timely communication to set proper service expectations and execute on commitments.

You will also champion coordination of customer needs and expectations internally with the Shop Supervisor and others as appropriate. Additionally, you will identify customer needs to discover and capture additional service revenue opportunities, making recommendations for added value attachments and other equipment options.
