Job Summary:
Favorite Healthcare Staffing, Inc is currently seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to work in a dynamic hospital environment. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and maintaining a safe and efficient scanning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
- Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
- Maintain a safe and efficient scanning environment, including cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable
- Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty required within 18 months of hire if applicable
- 2 years of experience
