Member Center Manager Job Summary

The Member Center Manager is a key leadership role at Wright-Patt Credit Union, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Member Centers. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team of member service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of member service representatives to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and service goals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
