**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team as a Behavioral Support Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children, adolescents, and young adults to implement individualized plans based on their targets and goals.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support the implementation of individualized plans for clients with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities.
  • Collect data on client skills and behaviors to inform program goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans.

**Requirements:**

  • A high school diploma and previous experience working with children.
  • A current Registered Behavior Technician credential in good standing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The selected candidate will be compensated for direct and indirect services provided, with an estimated salary range of $21-$26 per hour for direct care, depending on experience and certification.
