About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Survey Manager Road to join our team in Laredo, Tx. As a key member of our survey team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our survey data, while also providing guidance and support to our survey teams. To be successful in this role, you will need to have four (4) to six (6) years of experience as a heavy civil survey manager on large, complex projects, including proficiency with Trimble Business Center and Trimble Robotics. The ability to manage multiple survey crews and projects is also essential.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this position include:
  • Coordinating survey activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Managing client relationships to achieve project objectives.
  • Providing guidance to field staff and verifying accuracy of plan drawings.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a strong technical background in land, bridge, and road surveying, as well as exceptional leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
